General Rules for Art Competition
Eligibility:
Open to all artists, regardless of age or skill level.
Entrants can submit only one artwork per category.
Artwork must be the original work of the entrant and must not have been previously published or entered into other competitions.
Themes:
Artwork must be based on films or TV shows, and must clearly represent a scene, character, or concept from the chosen media.
No crossover art (combining multiple shows/films) unless a specific category allows it.
CATEGORIES:
- Traditional Art (e.g., painting, drawing, sculpture)
- Digital Art 3D Art (e.g., models, sculptures)
- Diorama/Prop
- Best Youth Submission (under 18 years old)
Submission Guidelines:
Submit a high-quality digital image of the artwork in .jpg or .png format.
Image resolution should be at least 1080px on the shortest side.
File size must not exceed 10MB.
Include the title of the work, the name of the film/TV show, and a brief description (up to 150 words) explaining the concept behind the artwork.

Copyright and Ownership:
The artwork must not infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
By entering, participants grant the competition organizers the right to display, share, and promote the submitted artwork on all platforms, with proper credit to the artist.
Artists retain ownership of their work.
Judging Criteria:
Creativity & Originality: How unique and imaginative is the artwork?
Relevance to Theme: How well does the artwork capture the essence of the film/TV show?
Technical Skill: Quality of the artwork's execution, including use of materials and technique.
Emotional Impact: Does the artwork evoke strong feelings or memories related to the source material?
Judging Process:
A panel of judges will review all entries and select winners for each category.
There may be a public voting component where fans can vote for their favorite entries online.
Judging will be anonymous, with no personal information of the artists shared with the judges.
Awards and Prizes:
Prizes will be awarded to winners in each category.
Additional awards may be given for "Fan Favorite," and "Honorable Mentions."
All participants will receive a certificate of participation.
Disqualification:
Entries that do not adhere to the competition rules or are deemed inappropriate (e.g., offensive, excessively violent, or adult-themed content) will be disqualified.
Plagiarized works will be automatically disqualified, and appropriate actions may be taken against the artist.
Final Decisions:
All decisions made by the judges and organizers are final and binding.
